U.P. STATE LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (UPSLSA)
U.P. State Legal Services Authority was constituted under section 6 of the Legal Services Authority Act 1987. Hon’ble the Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court is Patron-in-Chief while Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitava Lala, Senior Judge, Allahabad High Court is the Executive Chairman of the Authority. UPSLSA was constituted to provide free and competent legal services to the weaker sections of the society to ensure that opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any citizen by reason of economic or other disabilities. INTERNSHIP:
Interns are exposed to all aspects of the Justice Delivery System in the country as implemented in the State of Uttar Pradesh, the Administration, as well as NGOs, social activists and the issues facing the disadvantaged sections of the society.
DURATION: 3 weeks
