As an intern and law student, we never get to learn things which we should ideally be knowing before passing out of law school and joining a law firm. First, getting a good internship at a top notch law firm is getting tougher and tougher. Secondly, even though you make it to one of these, a top tier law firms hardly trust an intern with the serious work because of several reasons, including client’s confidentiality, your raw set of skills and understanding of the sensitive issues, to name a few. - Role: Research on Technology Law
- Stipend: None
- Team: You will work under the guidance and directions of our founder and two research scholars as a team.
- Eligibility: You must be have completed your first year of law school/college from any reputed national law schools/colleges and should have genuine interest in technology law.

RESEARCH SCHOLAR
We are constantly hunting for the talented researchers. Being a part of our team is like having a mocktail- a mixture of hard work, commitment, legal acumen and a dash of out of the box thinking sprinkled with lots of fun! We currently need two research scholars to work on two of our upcoming projects, namely (a) Case Law Dictionary and (b) Agreement Drafting Manuals.
- Openings: 2 (Two)
- Role: (a) Case Law Dictionary and (b) Agreement Drafting Manuals.
- Remuneration: As this is a knowledge sharing initiative being run on non-profit basis, we do not pay any remuneration as of now.
- Team: You will work under the guidance and directions of our founder, Vivek Verma as a team.
- Eligibility: You must be have completed your second year of law school/college from any reputed national law schools/colleges and should have genuine interest in the projects aforementioned.

- Case Law Dictionary: You can be part of India’s one of its kind legal dictionary which has never been released before. The Dictionary will be published in the form of a book when the project is complete and the contributor’s name will be expressly acknowledged. Read more here
- Agreement Drafting: You can learn how to draft different kinds of agreements which is hardly taught in any of the law schools as of today and have access to some well drafted sample agreements. This will help you the most when you would be joining a corporate law firm.

- Role: Tax Law Updates and Case Analysis
- Remuneration: As this is a knowledge sharing initiative being run on non-profit basis, we do not pay any remuneration as of now.
- Team: You can form your own team and select interns and research scholars to work directly under your guidance and directions.
- Eligibility: You must have completed your law graduation from any reputed national law schools/colleges and should have strong inclination towards tax laws.
