ndia went through the process of liberalisation, privatisation, and globalisation of its economic policies in 1991, and has undergone vast changes in its legal and economic landscape since the early 1990s. With this opening up of the economy completing 25 years in 2016, the occasion is ripe to examine its impact on India – specifically, on the various laws enacted and amended subsequent to liberalisation.
