About the University:
Parul University, Faculty of Law, offers advance knowledge of Law and endeavors to disseminate learning of law and legal practices among the people at large, playing an active role in national development. It aims to make law and legal processes efcient instruments of social development. A rapidly growing global legal market in legal services and access to unlimited information has changed the structure of the legal profession in India as well. To meet this requirement of global market, a new and totally innovative legal thinking is required. With this object in mind, Parul University has introduced Faculty of Law to promote inter-disciplinary study of law in relation to Management,Arts and Commerce. Offering 5 years integrated programs such as B.B.A LLB / B.A LLB / B. Com. LLB. after 10+2 qualication. We aspire to produce several eminent service oriented lawyers and judges to serve our nation. Faculty of Social work at Parul University aims at transforming individuals by providing them a platform for gaining social work education and knowledge through interacting and closely associating with the society at large, assisting in the empowerment and upgradation of society and understanding the role of Organizations for creating a better society. It offers dynamic and relevant programs at the Bachelors & Master’s level in social work and Human resource management. The course focuses on the key importance of relevant subjects, Orientation visits, Concurrent Field work, Rural Camps, Study tours, Field work Seminars, Communicable Skills Viva Voce and Block Placements.
The Conference aims to promote exchange of knowledge and ideas of the educationalist, jurists, practicing professionals, Social activists, and individuals in area of their interest and relating to emerging legal issues. There is no area which is not affected by laws, rules and regulations. At times the laws contribute to boost the country’s economy and there are occasions when it has been detrimental for the growth of the country. The conference aims to provide platform to deliberate on various legal issues that affect the quality of life of an individual and society at large.
