The All India Association for Educational Research (AIAER) established in 1987 addresses itself to the
problems of research in education in general but more attention is given to such problems from Indian scenario.
AIMOF THE SEMINAR E SEMINAR E SEMINAR:
The Seminar aims to provide a venue and platform for presentation/ discussion and exchange of information on
recent trends in “teaching and learning” by social science researchers, faculty members, officials and policy
makers related to education.

CALL FOR PAPERS: CALL FOR PAPERS: Papers based on research, experience or promising ideas focusing any of the stated
objectives and sub-themes of the seminar are invited for presentation at the seminar.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (Only Research based papers will be accepted.) :
Abstract should be prepared within 250 words, under four headings:
• Aims/ Purpose
• Methodology of Study
• Relevance/ Originality/ Value
Each abstract has to be sent by 8th June 2017 with a covering letter signed by all the authors. If scanning of the
letter is not possible, it has to be sent by post to

PAPER SUBMISSION : PAPER SUBMISSION : Before sending paper, delegates are advised to get the paper subjected to Plagiarism
Check. Papers shall follow the Reference style followed for Journal of All India Association for Educational

Papers received by 30th June through e-mail shall be reviewed and feedback shall be given for correction, if
necessary. The paper presenters should carry with them three copies of corrected papers and hand over the
copies to the Chairperson of the session. They should also carry with them twenty copies of abstract for
distribution in the room of their presentation.
CERTIFICATE: The person(s) presenting papers will get the Certificate.

Registration: After getting acceptance of abstract, the paper presenter is required to intimate following particulars by E-
mail: 1.Name of the paper presenter, 2. Title of the paper, 3. Whether paper presentation will be through Power point? (If
yes, the paper has to be sent earlier by e-mail), 4.Date of arrival at Agartala (In case of out station participants), 5.
Whether the paper presenter needs assistance for hostel accommodation?.

PUBLICATION OF PROCEEDINGS: PUBLICATION OF PROCEEDINGS:
Papers presented at the conference shall be reviewed and if required, paper presenters shall be asked by 16th
July to correct the paper and resend by 31st July. Suitable papers shall be included in the Conference
publication having ISBN. Paper presenters shall have to bear the cost.
ACCOMMODATION: Accommodations can be provided in hostels on first come first serve basis.
Information about hotels and guest houses can be given on request. The paper presenters can book
accommodation directly. Information regarding accommodations at Agartala may be made available from
FOOD: Lunch can be provided for both the days on payment of Rs. 200/-.
