ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Unitedworld Law Journal (UWLJ) is an open access, bi-annual, blind peer reviewed academic law journal of Unitedworld School of Law, a constituent college of Karnavati University (https://www. karnavatiuniversity.com/uwsl/) . The journal was established in 2017 and publishes critical research about Law and interdisciplinary legal subjects. It is published by Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The articles published here are free to download. This journal does not ask for any publication fee.
Aim & Scope:
Unitedworld Law Journal (UWLJ) is an open access bi-annual, blind peer reviewed academic law journal. UWLJ is a not for profit journal and it does not limit itself to a specific geographic region for accepting critical research papers. UWLJ invites authors/researchers from all around the world to publish critical research (theoterical/empirical /methodological/applied) on all areas of Law and interdisciplinary legal subjects. UWLJ also accepts book reviews of books on all areas of Law and interdisciplinary legal topics. UWLJ does not publish plagiarized papers.
Submission of papers & publication policies:
•The journal entertains only original previously unpublished articles.
•Plagiarism is not allowed in any form.
•Journal articles should have a maximum word limit of 8000 words and minimum of 5000 words.
•All papers must adhere to 19th Bluebook citation method ( https://nlsllmejournal.files. wordpress.com/2013/08/author_ instructions.pdf)
•All papers would go through blind peer review and the review process may take 4-8 weeks time.
•The Editor-in-chief reserves the right to reject/remove any paper from the journal if the paper does not adhere to the publishing ethics and suffers from plagiarism.
•The journal does not take the responsibility for the opinions expressed by the authors.
•The journal does not take the responsibility of violation of copyrights of any other previously published articles/books/chapters etc by any author who may have published their paper in this journal. It is advised that the aggrieved person may contact the concerned author directly. The editor-in chief however limits the right to remove the paper which violates such copyrights from the journal on intimation and submission of proper proof.
•All papers must be submitted electronically in word copy to Research@uwsl.edu.in
•All papers must have abstract (not more than 300 words) author’s name, designation, email ID and phone number.
