The competition is open for students who are studying III Year LL.B and V Year integrated LL.B course during the current academic year. The College/University must be affiliated to the Bar Council of India.

The competition is open for students who are studying III Year LL.B and V Year integrated LL.B course during the current academic year. The College/University must be affiliated to the Bar Council of India. 

Author Guidelines

  • Original research papers are welcomed on the above mentioned topic but not restricted to the sub-themes as given. 
  • The paper can be co-authored. However, a maximum of two authors per entry is allowed. 
  • An author is permitted to present a maximum of 2 papers. 

The author(s) shall specify in the abstract and the full paper : 

  1. Title of the paper with the theme. 
  1. Names of authors. 
  1. Name of the College. 
  1. Email address and contact number. 
  1. The Abstract and the Full paper should be submitted in .doc/.docx format with the following specifications: 
  1. Font Type: Times New Roman 
  1. Font size: 12 pts 
  1. Line spacing: 1.5 
  1. Footnotes Font Type: Times New Roman 
  1. Footnotes Font size: 10 pts 
  1. Footnotes Line spacing: 1 
  1. Margin to be of 1 inch on all sides 
  1. Citation: Any uniform method of citation may be followed. 
  2. The Abstract along with the duly filled Registration Form should be submitted through e- mail only. The e-mail id for seminar related queries and submissions are bils.seminar@gmail.com. 
  3. The soft copy of the Full paper should be submitted on or by 16th Sept 2018 to the above mentioned e-mail id 
  4. The hard copy of the Full paper (TWO COPIES) along with the Registration Form alon with Original DD/photocopy of NEFT transaction details should be delivered to the organizers (BILS) on or by 19th Sept 2018. 
  5. The Abstract should not exceed 300 words. 
  6. All submissions should be within the range of 4000-6000 words (exclusive of footnotes). 
  7. All submission should be the original work of the Author, and should not have been submitted for publication or published elsewhere in any form. 
  8. The Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
