Experience in contract management in terms of drafting, vetting, negotiations and execution of all kinds of lease, leave & license agreements.
Thorough knowledge of CPC, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Contract Act. Well versed with due diligence of title documents, calculation of stamp duty and registration of agreements.
Co-ordination and liaison with external lawyers.
Req. Experience: 4-6/ 6-8 years PQE
