This seminar focuses on a human paradigm of leadership – the ability to connect with people you work with, to see how things look from their perspective, to engage and motivate them appealing to their strengths and passions. The vision of the leader today is that of the “positive” leader who is able to unleash the potential of each individual in the organization.

To launch and execute its executive programs in Asia UPEACE-CEE is planning to organize a two day workshop for Asian participants on Positive Leadership – Developing Social Innovators, October 9-10, 2019 at Dhaka, Bangladesh.  UPEACE-CEE wants to generate its education all over the world. In order to make them more reachable and attainable for more people it has started both online and onsite trainings, workshops etc in a number of countries.

Mr. Mohit Mukherjee, the trainer for this program, leads UPEACE-CEE which offers customized international study programs for universities and cutting-edge online professional development courses that lead to a Diploma in Social Innovation. In the past few years, he has developed and taught over 40 seminars in seven countries (USA, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, India, Bangladesh, and the U.K) on themes ranging from ‘Education 2.0’ to ‘Social Entrepreneurship’

The workshop on ‘Positive Leadership: Developing Social Innovators’, will focus on the human paradigm of leadership – the ability to connect with people you work with, to see how things look from their perspective, to engage and motivate them appealing to their strengths and passions. The vision of the leader today is that of the ‘positive’ leader who is able to unleash the potential of each individual in the organization.

Participants from Government, non-government sector, corporate house, Bank and financial Institutions, Individual practitioners, researchers and young professionals both from home and abroad are encouraged to apply for this two day long workshop. At the end of the workshop a certificate will be provided from UPEACE –CEE.

Registration fee is USD 200 for International Delegates and USD 100 for Local Participants which includes Workshop bags, course materials, certificate and meals (Lunch and refreshments).

There is no Travel Fund for international participants. The local partners will assist to arrange  accommodation in a reasonable rates for the participants but participants have to pay for his/her own accommodation and other logistical expenses. Venue & Transportation:

The workshop will take place in the bustling city of Dhaka, home to over 20 million people and capital of Bangladesh one of the fastest growing economies in the world1 .

The organizers will provide transportation from certain points of Dhaka city.

Schedule:

Classes will start from 9 am to 4:15 pm daily.
