DRESS CODE FOR THE COMPETITION

Participants are required to adhere to the formal dress code while present in any court room during the Competition

LANGUAGE OF THE COMPETITION

The official language for the Competition shall be English only.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

The Competition shall be open for ‘bona fide’ students who are currently pursuing an integrated 5-year B.A. LL.B. Programme or 3 year LL. B Programme in India. Such institution must be recognized by the Bar Council of India. Only 1 team per institution is allowed to participate

THEME OF THE COMPETITION

The moot proposition for the VII Indraprastha National Moot Court Competition 2020 is based on Constitutional Law, Land Acquisition Act, CrPC, and IPC.
